As was first suspected the merger/buyout by Solaris Power Cells of PixelMags was NEVER consummated. The deal never happened.

An SEC super 8K was never issued by SPCL with the details of the buyout.

SPCL is now just part of that huge garbage OTC graveyard of SEC revoked tickers.
