NEAH common shares were converted to Class A shares.

There were already class A shares that were exchanged for millions of dollars in investment from 2017.

There were class A shares that were exchanged to original owners and dilutive financiers who owned perhaps the largest share of the company which are Summit and Sierra.

The total amount of class A shares which were authorized were 15 million so thats the number you need to allot to the NEAH portion of the new company.

15 Million shares no less.
