His response. “I have to be careful not to call this a fish oil” it is a purified epa”
He then accurately described the study
He gave the 25% mace in all subgroups and consistent
Then said “ if you need to lower ldl use statins zetia and pcsk9’s- you can then use V as an adjunct if patient has high trigs”
Then said “all other omega 3 studies have failed “
Then said. V is “very intriguing “ but we don’t yet know if it works as well in normal trigs as well as high trigs”

Overall not a bad response. Was hoping for a stronger response but it was as I expected for a guideline writer
