@Diversified....Would you like to submit these questions to Phi "Management" for me or for all of us?
Of course I could do it self ... but I / we will not get an answer if I submit these questions!
- What is the real sales status around APR?
- Why are there, if there is any revenue / gold ore sales from APR, these not in the Phil balance sheet?
- What is the real status of Gildex?
- Why does Phi not dilute directly the shares in the market itself in order to get this capital?
Instead of giving the credit companies a discount of mostly 50%? It will be spent on the money, therefore at least twice to new shares and the shareholders damaged even more !?
- Is Phi Management safe, should it be subject to a SEC or FBI investigation into potential/possible private bonus payments by lending companies as a part of this toxic funding/finacing?
- Is the Phil "management" aware of how it damages its shareholders (specially its long-term shareholders)
immensely through this toxic financing? Alone from the 10th of October to the last Friday (16th of November)
have been increased from 173,485,570 to 279,024,536 the O / S!
More than 100 million shares in a month!
-When should this really stop?
There were also promises made in the last CC that were not even approached! (We will pay the notes with cash! or will try everything Note to pay in cash!
- It is not for the long-term shareholders and should not be generally acceptable to any other shareholder that has postponed the APR dividend and massively changed to the detriment!
Is the Phil management aware that there could be law suits in court here?
Does Phi Management find this a fair handling with its shareholders?

But it's very hard times for us as a Phil Shareholder!
And for some questions I know we will not get an answer but I want that, Phil "Management" knows that we are not stupid little Pump & Dump Shareholders!
