Maybe if you could give just one example of a Company that had been given an extension beyond the 12 month grace period (that is about to expire for TAUG) where the extension was granted for the same reasons that TAUG might provide (whatever they are), I might believe that an extension is possible.
I don't think you can and I don't expect one to be granted.
