I didn't read in the filing that they were rounding any fractional shares up to one share.

Instead, they are "cashing out" fractional shares at $19.62 per share as a result of the reverse split.

So if you had less than 10,000 shares (let's say 9999 shares), you would have .9999 shares after the reverse split.

And they will cash out that fractional .9999 share multiplied by $19.62. (I'm guessing, the wording in the filing was confusing to my stupid brain)

.9999 x $19.62 = $19.618

That just seems insane if that's right. Because the 9999 shares pre split were worth $999.9 before the split.

Well u get 1 share so if commish is say 5 then you make 9 bucks if they honour Round up and even though filings and fines say it's a round up it doesn't ways happen
