They have 100% total control over incoming sales. The entire problem is that Ferris REFUSES to SELL SYSTEMS and SELL PRODUCT to customers. They do NOT have ANY road warrior salesmen. They all sit at their desks and wait for the phone to ring or their email to chirp. They focus on trying to land gov contracts that they are ill-equipped to compete for instead of holding the hands of PDs until they sign a PO. It really is that easy and obvious. Ferris needs to hire a proven sales-focused CEO and step-aside and let the person do their job.
