Well, the FDA is more than 100 days late without granting clearance, and still counting. Note: it is believed, in some quarters, the shareholder should expect an explanation regarding the reason for this delay, thus, provided by BIEL. Furthermore, this information is expected to be disseminating expeditiously. Hmm! Don't count on it! History has shown that BIEL's management appears to have an aversion to providing any information to its shareholders, except when it's absolutely necessary. So, the disrespect continues!!
