Dear Sir,

We have not been neglecting keeping the shareholders Informed, it is sometime to the best interest of the company to keep quite when there are ongoing negotiations.

We are still in discussions about Nuova regardless of our exclusivity expiring. Previous press release we did on the subject was not good for the company as it inflated their expectations of the sellers about this transaction. Please keep this information for yourself.
