It's hazard ratio. It's not really about m(OS). If something like 30% of people on DCVax-L (treatment) are living beyond 36 months, and 13% on SOC (control) alone are living beyond 36 months and died off quickly thereafter, and if 100% of control have already PFS evented, but only 75% of treatment have PFS evented, the hazard ratio (and p value) come round. This is the education people have been trying to teach the past three years. Voices like Dr. Liau, Dr. Bosch, Dr. Ashkan, Linda Powers, Dr. Gottlieb, Dr. Allison, BMY's videos and presentations....etc.

Ask yourself this question if you had GBM. Do you want a 50% chance to live an extra four months, or do you want a 25% chance to live several years?
