A form 10 and initial financing of 30-40 million should attract some investors.

Now that we’re private and the PESA assets can be used to fund PIXL, sounds like a good time to buy energy storage and net metering technology during the renewable energy era, not to mention crypto’s capacity in demand consumption balancing for utilities corps.
