BOP ... I am totally confused why you are posting on a stock with ACCs in the filings? Not only that but a director here!!! Have you decided to now consider convertible financing worthy of your time and investment dollars? You know what happens to any stock that does financing like this, which is laid out in the 10K, starting in the last paragraph of page 18:

Seems some friends of mine were having a little trouble with a stalker. Though they were aware that the company they were interested in was in trouble, they wished to maintain a positive attitude in the face of adversity. Unfortunately this stalker did not share that optimism. Nay, the stalker would resort to any length any artifice to harass and harangue those unfortunate enough to insist that real proof of the claim the stalker made regarding the common interest.
Knowing my reputation for defeating such individuals the cry for help was issued. I did some recon and discovered the stalker was familiar to me. And had a reputation for crying wolf without proper factual evidence. So I jumped in to the fray. The stalker controlled the board but soon found that she lacked the skill and the mental acuity to combat logic and reason. The stalker resorted to standard namecalling and disruptive tactics as well as an over the top posting of names and addresses of private individuals in an attempt to defeat logic and reason. In the aftermath, one of my friends was awarded the Chairmanship of the board. The other was named a director. I was asked to serve as a director because they knew the stalker would return. And try to torment them. They wanted me in a position to help protect logic and reason, lest the stalker should reappear. Their fear was justified, for like all truly evil beings the stalker returned to continue her assault. I also relish the opportunity to help teach the ways of proper moderating to the inexperienced.
But now my task is done. I have shown my friends that the stalker has no real power or ability. Alas, she can only make loud squawking noises. Her rantings should be ignored. Pay no attention. Beyond regurgitating what she has read that makes her "feel" she is right, she can present no factual evidence. She can't even find real evidence to support her allegations when written clearly in the SEC quarterly report. Clearly she is one of those that followed the advice of an Internet shaman, and lost money on that advice. Now her life's mission is to hound that shaman and any she decides are his supporters or cohorts. She attempts to gain credibility by attacking with quotes and the articles of others but presents no original theory from her own research. She is not a threat. She is not to be feared. She should be pitied for she has no real purpose to call her own, she must find purpose in others. So ignore her. Use the tools I have given you to respond to any challenges that might be presented. And if perchance the situation becomes dire, Call on the Bird. I am always overhead, ready to help the defenseless…and devour the unworthy.
