Not feeling good about Ackman comments. Not so much what he actually said as they are valid points but the fact that he had to say them. I take it as no admin change or fair results for us in sight. People in the know always know something, if things were going to change in a positive way in the near future (post the elections) then why even make comments after years of making no comments? Maybe he had comment and mention law suits as a last attempt to threat.

And the pps of late does not suggest anything positive coming our way.
