CEO Ferris MIGHT be a nice man, a good man, maybe even smart and savvy, HOWEVER, his performance as CEO over the last 3 years has been terrible relative to the opportunity at hand.

I have harped on his failings in putting together and properly deploying a salesforce. Proof is the lumpy and tiny revenue, lack of growth, and anemic backlog.

I have harped on his assembly of a yes-man BOD.

His use of balance sheet cash is embarrassing. Kudos to him for building the cash but it needs to be deployed.

Now here we sit with the stock at multi-year lows AND at DECADE LOW valuation metrics (PS, PE, EV) yet he REFUSES to buy back shares. What an idiotic move (or lack thereof) that tells all of us that he does not care one hoot about VTSI shareholders.....even though he is one! Really makes me question how smart he really is.

And here is another thing that someone else mentioned but it really is the truth. On this planet Earth and with this (or any) stock market, no way will "wall street" EVER be trained to ignore lumpy quarters. EVER
