But we were told,since 2/2016,SEC would destroy BIEL

The SEC backed down from a $1.5 million judgement to a $767k judgement and now a $166k Settlement.

Obviously those who thought "SEC would destroy BIEL" showed bad judgement in Shouting his Baloney from the Rooftops over and over for 2 years and 9 months.

One has to question other statements given this Monumental Bad Call.
