Sounds like you didn't have enough cash in your acct to cover the re-org fee.

I have zero $ in my accts. As per Neah/XNRGI.

So what's the speculation on final price of buyout shares ?

Closing price ? 2x, 3x or more ?

It does not look like they will pro-rate shares so anything not a multiple if 2,000,000 will get cashed out.
