An RS is not good. Especially in otc world. That’s why peeps scream” RS” on a board. It can scare people into selling. For Pkgm it means your shares are reduced but the value is high but they are worth the same only for a few hours. I say that because there will be a sell off and dilution. You shares become worthless .
