If you run a 400 person, 12 week trial... and the MO arm shows increased LDL 5 points higher than the other arm, are you ready to invalidate RI from it? I'm not.

Just like tossing a coin 400 times... are you going to get 200 heads / 200 tails? Highly highly unlikely. You could easily get 215 / 185. Would you be willing to invalidate RI trial from it?

MO is a non issue.
