I think 2&3 come hand in hand which is what I had been thinking. Now, I am thinking 6. they lined up a second long-side funding source which is along with Bigger has agreed to make significant 8nvestment over the next several months and thus fueling a run after good news.

Something is telling me she wants to take a shot at going alone. Sales and marketing can be bought and quickly put into motion. She already built out the supply infrastructure and agreements (Swanson + Swanson renters). The hardest part is that piece. I personally know many, many gunslingers that will ride the latest train.
