I don’t know if what you say is 100% true or not, I also have no idea if what the CEO says is 100% true or not.
Fact is I was once told that every story has as many sides/perceptions as people involved so I’d imagine the reality is somewhere entangled in a mess of perceptions.
I guess I’m not sure what any street level investor was doing thinking they could get shares in certificate form and sell them on the OTC. No broker will deposit them. And to deposit them by way of Alpine (I believe was one) it would’ve cost a small fortune in commissions to sell them.
But personally the claim is that certificate shares were accepted and not usable. Lesson learned I suppose? I don’t know my friend. I’d have moved on and put this behind me if I’d have lost so much, why lose time and add stress to the heart and soul on top of it. I’m here because, yes, I’ll make money loading bottom and playing a recovery bounce.
I don’t care about who the CEO is, that can change. I don’t care about notes, those are rampant on the OTC. I don’t even care about failed attempts, those can be cured by a single winning attempt.
Keep throwing darts at the balloons and eventually your gonna pop one.
