I think most are starting to realize this notion of organic price appreciation to meet the uplisting requirements is a pipe dream.

As I have said repeatedly, an RS will be needed and now we see that in fact Rory has just admitted that also.

The SC financials are not that great. Rory is paying a lot of money for a relatively low operational cashflow assuming it can be maintained. Sound Concepts business does not make NFusz profitable nor does it even begin to cover the operational cashflow needs of the larger business. The stock is not going to respond as some hoped because of that.

The question is, how much of a discount is AGP going to want?
