This is how i see this RS;

When you have invest $1000 and you have 10.000 shares and the company make a 1:5 split for uplisting,means after a RS you keep your $1000 on Nasdaq and your shares will reduced from 10.000 till 2000 shares.

Can someone comfirm this!
