Sorry but this is exactly what Ponder and Hayter want people to believe!

P&H’s first priority is to themselves!!
Salaries, perks and gifts of shares at shareholder expense!
Then if the pps can rise significantly... great!
I just see no pathway forward that makes this employment agency a viable concern!
There is just no money in doing the work that the big boys have decided not to do because it is not cost effective!!! ... no matter how many subsidiaries they buy!
Remember,... ICLD sold off those two subsidiaries because they were a drag on their company as well!!
