JL - I don't understand what this 12 week trial would accomplish.

RI wasn't a biomarker trial. RI showed that in the placebo arm, those with higher LDL had lower event rate.

So if running any additional trials, it would be to show if MO resulted in more CV events, not increased biomarkers. This would take many years.

Let's say they run a trial such as you suggested and it shows that LDL increased by 5% by MO, what would that mean? Most likely absolutely nothing, with regards to CV events.
