Just a thought. I can only assume that the Pomerantz law firm that was hired "on behalf of investors" (don't know which investors so quickly came up with a lawsuit, but in any case...) will pop back up in the news at some point to give an update on thier progress and make the pps fall again?

Or do you think they were simply hired/paid to have a headline come out at the perfect moment to have the stock fall an extra 20% and thier job was done and we won't be hearing from them anymore?
