Spoke to Tom, I'm guessing it was Thomas Denunzio (I'm sorry, I didn't ask), and he said there would be an update to keep an eye out for in the next 1-2 days. I think the recent buying was a precursor to whatever is going to be updated tomorrow or Friday.

500,000,000 share block was transferred to GMRZ Holdings, which I'm guesstimating is the control block, but GMRZ is not "our" company, but Paul Moody's...I'm suspecting that this is the block however that will be issued to the "new" company that merges in.

Paul et al, are being issued 4,000,000 shares for their part in putting this all together, which I like over a cash payment, because it is in their best interest to merge QSHI with a company that is clearly going to excite the market and make this ruuuuun baby ruuuunnn:) Higher the stock goes the more $$$ everybody makes!

So again, I think what we saw the other day in the way of buying was the get in early ~friends and family plan~ lol:)

I don't know what we get in the next few days, but it sure feels like we are right on the verge of BOOM time!!!
