Directly from their 10Q's. It doesn't get much clearer than this. There's no need to share copyrighted material. What gets filed with the SEC holds precedence over anything else out there (copyrighted or not).

Fannie Mae:
Common stock, no par value, no maximum authorization -- 1,308,762,703 shares issued and 1,158,087,567 shares outstanding

Freddie Mac:
Common stock, $0.00 par value, 4,000,000,000 shares authorized, 725,863,886 shares issued and 650,058,775 shares and 650,054,731 shares outstanding

Under Conservatorship, I'm confident the FHFA can change that figure for Freddie Mac to no maximum authorization as well.
