This is what ETrade Manager just sent to me.

Thank you for your patience. After looking into the situation, the shares would coming in tomorrow. Then your account will show the stocks available to trade on Friday, the 16th.

Looks like we might be in business. I do not know how he knew this but he said it is up to the company to initiate this as we know.
