The idea that an extra 7mg of LDL-C -- from 77 to 84 -- has any meaningful impact on anything -- when statins cut LDL in half in many cases (e.g. 150 to 75)... and when anything under 100 is considered well-controlled.
And when ODYSSEY showed the same LDL-C increase for placebo... as did Lovaza trials...
This is just nitwit stuff. And soon it won't matter. When scripts are running a million a month, and Thero doesn't know what to do with all the cash, this will be high on the list of the war stories we tell.
