I can believe the O/S share count as stated is real. I also am of the opinion that management of this firm was caught in a dilemma during a period of time when the toy market was turned upside down by toy buyers when the world wide quality control standards on toys were introduced. It probably meant to management team they had to comply or drop out. It probably created a problem for them in raising loan money because I believe the outstanding share count that exists on the company is looked upon as a lien on the company with only a few shares available from the treasury that can held by banks or other lenders as collateral for expansion loans. Company changing their agent is a good sign in my opinion that they want to get things moving in a proper manner.
