They can start buying this week on Friday, two business days after the earnings release. Will they?

The company already has an approved share buyback pool of money that the BOD has blessed and approved. There is nothing to talk about. They need to deploy it and buy shares.


Also notice that the only time Ferris talks about an acquisition is when they have crappy results to report. He did this in mid-May cc and again last night. You believe him?


He has lost all credibility as the CEO and the market is screaming that loud and clear.


VTSI now trades at an Enterprise Value of 22.8million, just a hair above this years revenue. PE is now about 10. All about right for a low-growth company with a poor-performing CEO.
