This is mostly correct assuming that the person purchased the shares at .0001 pre-RS. If they bought at any higher, they would be holding the bag, which the majority bought at both ends of the pps spectrum and everywhere in between meaning everyone loses no matter what. Tom on the other hand is laughing all the way to the bank.
