Say you bought 1,000,000 (1 Million) shares of $BVTK today for $.0001 before the 1:10,000 RS goes into effect.

That equates to $100 (1,000,000 x $.0001)

Then tomorrow the the reverse split goes into effect.

You'd then have 100 shares (1,000,000 / 10,000)
valued at $1 per share at opening bell.

So, you're even, right?

But if the PPS drops below $1 (equivalent to $.0001 BEFORE the RS) you're now losing money, obviously, and the comparative PPS to before & after RS is essentially less than $.0001 PPS...and it still has tons of room to drop, back to $.0001 PPS just like its done after the other reverse splits.

And $BVTK is going to do just that. Investor sentiment is ruined and the upcoming 10Q will be terrible, as they always are.
