Point is, everyone is trying to figure out WTH is going on, and no one predicting an actual topline publication date has been proven right thus far. It does not matter who is right, it matters whether this is going to occur and when. People are now zeroing in on a window from end of December 2018 to middle of March 2019 for a number of reasons. One is Bigger's involvement and out clause at four months. Another is that Brexit occurs come hell or high water by March 29, 2019. Another is it should not take long to turn around and conduct another Freeze/collection/scrub/lock starting about now. Another is the emphasis on 36 months by NWBO and UCLA. Another is funding. Another is if NWBO is only conducting a post lock data sweep for regulators -- from early/mid Nov., that might only take weeks. Another is that NICE added the ERG onto their website in early November -- which typically means 7 weeks minimum for evidence submission -- although NICE is not doing things in the normal course -- meaning the ERG should have been published within a week of the invite that occurred back in June.
