Amen brother...The only thing that really counts is that the drug is FDA approved (for something) and next...What does the safety profile look like?

Look at Botox...Botox was FDA approved for strabismus...But tell it to all the ladies who come in to get their wrinkles ironed out...And pay big time money right off their credit cards..As a plastic surgeon do you seriously think I even glanced for one millisecond at the label that said.."Use this stuff for strabismus"...Be serious...

Info on this drug is not going to take two years and an army of drug reps scurrying around explaining to PCPs that a 25% RRR in serious MACE is a good thing...Oh and by the way there are close to no side effects..Doctors may not be geniuses, but they are not morons...
