Page 31 of the 10-Q is an eye opener

.04/share net income in 3 months based 14 million shares fully diluted (all derivative share worst case volume)!!

.04 x 4 = .16

.16 x a PE of 10 is $1.60/share

Fully diluted the massive interest costs vanish, and the earnings per share explode!
