He said that the market cap of WMIH was 394M at time of merger, not the number of shares.

I didn't know that a merger can have such a complex conversion. It is not simply one share of NSM is equal to 1X (?) WMIH shares.

The distribution for the adjustment is minor but it can make a difference for someone with a lot of shares.
