Why is a R/S always a bad idea? This isn’t some penny stock with no revenue or assets trying to make the PPS look respectable.

I’m not arguing that it’s definitely a good idea. But it’s a realistic way of dealing with the O/S right now. Buy back is just not feasible.

13.32 PPS with 500M shares or 19.98 PPS with 333M doesn’t seem that unreasonable for a company of our stature.
