I think doing a reverse split before jumping to NYSE might have actually been responsible in this case. The number of shares is a bit ridiculous and makes shorting too easy. The high O/S also makes it hard for buying to push the price, needs a ton of volume.

A buyback is not feasible at tho point. They would need $300M to buy back 5% of the O/S.

I could be wrong, but I think a R/S would provide some stability to the PPS. I think I’d be in favor of one now.
Anyone have experience with successful R/S?

PPS may not be the main priority of the BOD, but there’s no doubt they keep a close eye on it, and they should be thinking about ways to combat the shorts and avoid this kind of tanking to protect SH value and morale.
