4 months stake in the ground.

* The lawsuits are done with.
* The "36 months" after last patient is done or close to it.
* They have money to act.
* The holders are in control ("the holders’ rights to require prepayment of the principal and accrued interest after 4 months." )
* The $5M runway is short: They need to act.

News can come any time between now and then, but I doubt NWBO will wait til the end of the 4 months to announce data. Mid-December would not surprise me.

This looks good for the angel investors and good for Longs/Bulls. Shorts/Bears will spin, that's what they do.
