Your assumptions are very optimistic.
Further dilution is very likely, I'd say 100% sure and that is the main driver for this stock. And it surely drives it down.
It's many months and many million shares less since this last was $0,66.
The fake dividend has been played out as has been played the TRW distribution show. Got barely over $0,40 with that and we already know what BS it is.
There's not much drivers up left, but main driver down will get more powerful as the share drops and they need to print more to keep the show running.
