Assessing the current pps: Let us assume that there is a 67% risk that the pps will drop to zero and a 33% change that the pps will rise to more than 66 cents. Even on such pessimistic assumption SIAF is a buy for those who are ready to take a very risk. The pps may drop to less than 0 or rise to more than 66 cents.
