I don't think that document specified anything about "diluting the common shareholders".

As a matter of fact, the document is for the sale of 370,000,000 shares of common stock for the 5 million dollars.

Funny thing is that the "investor" paid a premium for his common stock, which they then amended to be Class A stock.

We were already diluted and worthless pretty much. It remains to be seen what we get.
