TRW maximum value is Siaf valueX3 since Siaf already owns a third. So TRW value is 30 million minus something. And they claim more than that in profits.. ..oops, another scam.
Since TRW can't pay it's debt, can't pay it's loan and eagerly gives out it's own shares... I'd start with the assumption it's value is 0.
