The issue really is what is the true value of Triway. The valuation says one thing. It was done by an independent third party. I suppose they access to the financial records and viewed the operations with Tony and Solly. Nothing changes that fact. They could PR that right now. SIAF still owns 30%+ of Triway. All the dividend does is "release" the value into a single company. Whether the value would be recognized to the what the valuation says it should be is a different matter. The lack of educating the investment community is what is holding this company back. You can shuffle the cards any way you want it is still the same deck of cards.
