Hey I-man, I have a rowboat for sale. Couple more MOU's under our belt and you can afford it...I'll need a firm commitment before the end of the year, cuz I expect there will be some unforeseen delays in closing the existing MOU's...but it will probably be for the best. They can always say they have not completed their DD...BTW, it is a good rowboat, but you can decide for yourself when you do your DD...
