Insiders taking positions. Diluting old shareholders to have an increased percent of the company before news. They paid debt to a ton of creditors but left alive the toxic one, there's a reason for that. Best way to play this one is by averaging down.

IMHO

Always, always do you own DD. Only invest funds you can afford to lose and trust nobody but yourself.
