I recall endless claims 5 years ago that said "this is a simple loan default case, IFUS is dead"
Sounds to me like IFUS is not the one that is dead, perhaps it is Absorbezz LLC et all that actually dead? You know the one the State of Florida issued a WARRANT for?
The CEO put hoards of money into IFUS, took second jobs to pay the bills and keep it alive while it was under assault. I guess it is time to go back to court folks.
