options are accounting for a small amount of this downtick for sure, but not the reason. because we ticked down the short MMs sold stock, not the other way around. as friday approaches, the options only set us up for a better short squeeze.

example- if buyout offer was announced friday morning at $30, we have a 90% likelihood to go 5-10 over the announced price, as 60mil short shares due to the options market would need to cover, and they will be holding very few against their option position as the calls will be seen as "worthless."
