The problem with used equipment in this case was that Adelstein was told that a new baler would be bought. Just another example of the many lies told by the CEO, Walther and his callous disregard for promises he made.

BTW, the "Bagger" equipment eas not bought out of the loan proceeds as no bagger was envisioned. The bagger was provided by a "partner in crime" to Walther, years after the fraud occurred.
